I had a really pleasant experience with Aubrey! Her colleague Asian looking man barely spoke English, and couldn’t explain benefits of any credit cards they have. When I didn’t choose the card he promoted BADLY and AGGRESSIVELY, he faked that my application wasn’t approved, refusing to show a confirmation. I asked to change my representative. I’m on a phone with cibc and waiting on the line already for more than 1 HOUR!!! Why don’t you have an option to call back???? Horrible old school technologies. And don’t want to make your customers life easier.
Pathetic customer service, one of the worst staff they have hired specially Sally, I don't understand why they have hired people who don't qualify for the job. They don't know anything about business account just waste of time. HIRE PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR QUALIFICATION.
SALLY IS THE WORST AND USELESS STAFF THEY HAVE. NEVER RECEIVE CALLS NEITHER ANSWER ANY EMAILS. STOP HIRING USELSS PEOPLE.
