Pathetic customer service
Came to the appointment on time but was asked to wait for 45 minutes. The financial advisor who helped me was very clueless and gave me false information. Spend 2 hours for something that could have been done in 20 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have to meet a financial advisor.
I go to this branch often and they're always helpful and polite. I appreciate the good service.
