I have been to this branch several times and every time I come there I get the best service. The customer support representatives/ advisors are always welcoming, eager to help, make you feel safe in case you have any distress related to your bank account issues. I can say that this branch is the best in town.
On May 26, I contacted CIBC to initiate a chargeback for a transaction totaling $189. Approximately 12 minutes later, I called CIBC back because I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel the chargeback request.
