Never seen anything like this, now I understand why everyone moved to digital branchless banks. Manager doesn’t know own banks policy, staff gang up on customer as it’s a fight, I came with my infant in stroller and tried to ask some questions and when I got answers that didn’t make any sense I asked to see where they are quoting this policy and was shown a very different policy and then manager proceeded to explain a crooked logic that was senseless.
