hire more tellers so we don’t have to wait in line for hours to resolve simple issues
Slow, horribly slow. A line up to talk to someone just keeps growing and growing while the 2 staff members take up the 5 desks available neither is helping a client. Could have walked to a different Cibc and completed my banking in the time a client got helped
I have no idea what this branch is doing! Two of them are yapping with each other, the other one said they’re occupied and ask me to wait. Low efficiency, they messed up my birthday as well?!?! Like how is that even possible 🥲
Bad service and unhelpful
The tellers are awesome, but the manager either needs to hire another or help out when it's busy. Sometimes 1 or 2 tellers only. The lines here are almost comically long and service tends to be slow because there are a lot of elderly Portuguese folks that need 1 on 1. Please help them!! Hire more help!! A lot of customers need tellers here!
