This branch has such a wonderful staff. The feeling of community and togetherness is so apparent with how they treat and greet their clients as if they’re their friends and family member. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with one of their representatives, Rita, who went out of her way to help me in any way she could.

The staff are polite and kind, but unhelpful in resolving problems outside of everyday banking. Highly encourage anyone with a specific question or need to go to the CIBC Square branch, the staff there are far more receptive to extraneous circumstances and willing to actually offer solutions instead of just saying "no"
huge thank you to this branch for screwing us over for the purchase of our first house! Really awesome that our money did not clear when we were told it would clear!!!!! And super cool that the branch manager lied to us and said he couldn't do anything about it when he could have. Thanks so much.
