easy park.. good customer service
Curtis is fantastic! Primary reason why I bank here is because of the exceptional service Curtis provides. Lines at the cue are long, luckily I do most of my banking online. However, the branch and atm machines are always clean.
If you want to spend your whole life in the line, visit this place. Wasted 1 hour in the line and still they cannot figure out how to make draft for the third party.
Visited The Stockyards branch today after having problems logging into my online account. I was assisted by Jenny Lopez and another rep. She walked me through everything and solved my problem. The branch closer to me is useless. This is not the the first time that I've had issues fixed at the Stockyards Branch. Customer service and staff are 10++++. Thanks to you all.
I made my rent payment on 1 August and these money are lost. I got a letter from my landlord about my eviction. I made a lot of phone calls to cibc and wrote a lot of emails ,but no body helped. Today I was charged 25$ for unknown cibc service
