I had an extremely disappointing experience with a mortgage advisor from this CIBC branch. As a financial professional, integrity and responsibility should be the most basic principles. However, this employee used his connection with my family to move into our home as a tenant. When we decided to sell the house due to financial hardship, he exploited legal loopholes to delay the process and encouraged other tenants to demand compensation.
