I had an extremely disappointing experience with a mortgage advisor from this CIBC branch. As a financial professional, integrity and responsibility should be the most basic principles. However, this employee used his connection with my family to move into our home as a tenant. When we decided to sell the house due to financial hardship, he exploited legal loopholes to delay the process and encouraged other tenants to demand compensation. Worst cibc manager is no help
My partner and I had the worst service with Natalia (maybe a new employee at this branch). I emailed her to stop contribution for investment accounts (RRSP and FHSA) in both my partner and my accounts one month ago and somehow my partner account still got withdrawn that led my partner account to minus balance because CIBC is not her main account. Please AVOID this employee (Natalia).
