Not really a bank, mostly just a place to get loans or mortgages, or invest I guess. They don’t even have tellers or deal with cash at all. First I was unable to get change and small bills (was able to across the street at BMO), then later I went to make a deposit at the ATM and that option was unavailable. Useless.
CIBC as a bank is already awful, but the associates at this branch are wholly disinterested and completely apathetic towards helping you
