Kept interrogating me and preaching about that I should have ID with me Never was asked for ID in any other branch. They dont even have tellers Go to any other branch.
I had an amazing experience at CIBC! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I especially want to shout out Justin for going above and beyond. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. It's clear that customer service is a top priority here. Useless location... Just an ATM no one there to help or provide assistance. Greeter Austin extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional
Not really a bank, mostly just a place to get loans or mortgages, or invest I guess. They don’t even have tellers or deal with cash at all. First I was unable to get change and small bills (was able to across the street at BMO), then later I went to make a deposit at the ATM and that option was unavailable. Useless.
