Useless branch, waited 30 mins for them to tell me I can’t close my credit card in the branch. They still found my profile just to tell me yeah we can’t close your cc at the branch.
Why cant the ATMs be open for cash withdrawals/deposits , paying monthly fees for inconvenienced
Night, Brandon & Nikhar were all wonderful employee and very helpful. I would say this is the best Cibc I have visited before with excellent customer service.
Was told to come here because the location has a teller - there is no teller available.
Whats the point of having separated atm and banking areas if you can’t keep the atm open 24 hrs
