We would like to specifically acknowledge a fantastic employee of the Trenton branch. On Thursday last week my wife was locked out of her CIBC account, we were given verbal instructions on how to get back logged in at home. We tried to no avail so returning to the branch, Courtney went above and beyond to help 2 seniors get back onto the online banking system. Especially after getting a replacement card. Our family has been using cibc for years, Laura at the Trenton location has been there since I was a kid and she’s been the most kind and helpful person to us!
Always a pleasure doing business with the tellers at this branch. I left the Brighton branch after waiting like 20 min for one teller on duty with a client. Drove to Trenton branch , was greeted and helped all with a smile .
Good service friendly environment. Parking is at a premium, much easier to go around the block to Metro or the municipal parking lot and walk back.
As a new Power of Attorney for my mother, I was very pleased to deal Irena. She covered all the proper security to make sure my mom wasn't being defrauded.
