Always a pleasure doing business with the tellers at this branch. I left the Brighton branch after waiting like 20 min for one teller on duty with a client. Drove to Trenton branch , was greeted and helped all with a smile .
Good service friendly environment. Parking is at a premium, much easier to go around the block to Metro or the municipal parking lot and walk back.
As a new Power of Attorney for my mother, I was very pleased to deal Irena. She covered all the proper security to make sure my mom wasn't being defrauded. Plus she gave me some tips on her current accounts. She helped open a TFSA as well. So glad I dealt with someone so knowledgeable to navigate this new situation.
The staff is friendly...usually only 2 cashiers on, so expect a wait.
Stinks heavily like cigarettes everytime I go in to use their ATM. Definitely will be switching banks
