Mathi Ramasamy ( the worst teller employed) My earnest request to take some actions on it. I had a very unpleasant experience in doing business here. Went to cash out my own money and the lady acted inappropriately and was showing attitude. First she starts with an arrogant attitude then when I was asking her questions did not even ans. Very helpful
This particular branch of CIBC should be closed and turned into an ATM. Their inability to serve customers in a customer service industry is beyond what I thought possible. My experience there today led me to walking out and going to the next nearest CIBC Branch for a very simple process. (Zero customers were at the branch when I went, and it was still too much effort to assist)
