CIBC Branch with ATM

This particular branch of CIBC should be closed and turned into an ATM. Their inability to serve customers in a customer service industry is beyond what I thought possible. My experience there today led me to walking out and going to the next nearest CIBC Branch for a very simple process. (Zero customers were at the branch when I went, and it was still too much effort to assist)

This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. For simple issues I get two different answers from staff and manager. I get inaccurate information, resulting in wasting my time. The managers phone message said she would be back to the office, but the return date was over a week out of date. It’s like the twilight zone. One time the manger was arguing with the assistant manger in front of me over a variety of issues. I’ll be clearing my holdings out of this branch.

Avoid this location ! Not just once, but twice, I had a terrible experience here. The first time, I went in to ask a question about my account because something was unclear, and when I returned to clarify, the two employees started gossiping about me as If I weren’t there. Ok I didn’t say anything The second time, I requested a refund for my account, and they refused to help, even though I know it was possible.
