Quick service and very professional
I had a wonderful experience today thanks to Irida, the bank teller. She was incredibly polite, quick, and efficient in helping me. Her friendly attitude and professional service made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service!
Tellers are efficient. The bank staff in the office not too equipped with certain information about some processes.
Today I had meet Ryan the advisor, he helped me to open my credit account. Not gonna lie, he was so amazing in explaining to me all the important and necessary info about the credit card since I was totally new :) I highly recommend Ryan for anyone who wanted to better understanding about credit card!!
I had to get some complicated banking done yesterday, including a banking letter proving resources. I dreaded it, frankly. I went to this CIBC, and had Andre as my teller/representative. I give the guy 10/10. He was excellent, friendly, understood what to do immediately and did it correctly, and quickly. When I had a second problem unrelated to his work, and had to go back to the bank, he got involved again to try to help me, going beyond what is normal, because he clearly cares about the clients and doing great work.
