Very good service provided
I booked three appointments with Max at CIBC. The first two were cancelled by him (once due to vacation, once due to an urgent meeting). The third appointment was shortened from one hour to 30 minutes. He later asked for documents, which I emailed, but despite multiple follow-ups by phone and email, I never received any response. I received the same service from RBC quickly and professionally. Repeated cancellations and lack of communication felt disrespectful, which is why I’m leaving this review.
Today I went to the bank to replace my debit card. I was assisted by a consultant named Amber — an incredibly pleasant, kind, and responsive young woman who helped me resolve the same issue several times, called the hotline on my behalf, and made sure I received the best possible service.🫱🫲
