Everybodys review, particularly the one star negative reviews, are all 100 percent true, even those already many years old, as we have personally experienced them ourselves. It seems they just do not care about improving their quality of service. They must be all tired of having to cover up for their employer's questionable business practices and scam operations all the time.
Deposited $900 into the atm and atm crashed. Money still not returned after a week. Had to wait 30 minutes for help, and even then not even an apology received until the very end. Not what I expected of CIBC
