First Bank on Danforth. I've had so many problems with this location but the icing on the cake is 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday and I can't access the bank machine to do any transactions. They locked the doors and then blame the homeless. No accountability or responsibility from this branch. Customer satisfaction is not top priority here
MY STEP-MOTHER IS SCHEDULED FOR M.A.I.D. I CALLED THE BRANCH TO ARRANGE TO TRANSFER HER 1 YEAR GIC TO HER SAVINGS ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BRANCH SO SHE COULD ACCESS THE MONEY BEFORE HER DEATH. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT RESISTANCE. NOBODY CALLS ME BACK. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. THEY WILL JUST LET HER DIE BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING. THIS IS NOT THEIR MONEY BUT THEY ACT AS IF IT IS. This location has been ignoring phone calls and not answering when a client is looking for they're money especially if it's an ordered amount! I have filed a formal complaint at CIBC HEAD OFFICE, they will be dealt with by them
