The staff are very kind. Would come back again!
It's been 4 days since I tried to make an appointment to talk to someone at this bank. Left voicemails, went in person but they told me to leave my name and number and go home to wait for a call, I can't book an appointment. I'm so frustrated. Tell me how can I book an appointment or give me my money. I don't understand why I can't even book an appointment to talk to a live person after waiting in line for 20min at the teller.
I have been a customer at CIBC bank at Danforth and Coxwell for 30 years I have in the last 5 years had a financial advisor that has let an RRSP account lay dormant ( earning no interest ) for over a year This has happened yet again I will be transferring my bussiness elsewhere as soon as possible
This place never picks up a call. I do not know how much Akash is busy. On the other hand Pranati never responds to her phone.
Have always had a nice visit to my branch with great staff and always ready to help! Thanks CIBC Danforth/Coxwell!
