The ATM wouldn't release my debit card and the bank wasn't open yet so there was no one to help me. I had to return later in the day only to have to wait 25 minutes to be helped. There were at least 6 people behind the counter but were only servicing 2-3 customers at any given time. Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience from both human and machine alike.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this CIBC branch, and the manager named Sayett Ettehadi. Last week, I came in to order a specific amount of USD cash. The staff told me the money would be ready next week. However, when I returned the following week to pick it up, I was told the money had already been sent back because I didn’t come the day before – a date I was never informed about. Very slow services
I’ve had a great experience with CIBC, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mahandra and his manager Omar for their outstanding service. Both were incredibly professional and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to find such attentive and caring service these days, but Mahandra and Omar truly made a difference. Highly recommend CIBC for this branch, definitely suggest all my friends to open a student account here. Thank you so much and really really appreciate for your help! :-)
