Worst customer service experience ever. Tellers are completely indifferent to the big lineups and move ever so slowly, taking breaks, drinking coffee and chatting with colleagues. In the meantime there's customer representatives seating comfortably in their empty offices instead of helping out. More than 20 people line up and only 3 had been attended in 35 minutes before I left!
Worse experience ever, need to wait more than a hour just for a regular banking
Avoid this branch, worst customer service and terrible financial advisors
The wait time is unbelievable! They know how many attendees they have, yet every time I go, there’s a huge line of people waiting. I haven’t experienced anything like this at any other bank. Terrible service.
