Visited this branch today to run a quick errand. Didn't like my experience at all!!! The teller lady (Nov. 1, around 1pm) didn't have a good attitude. She behaved very indifferently towards us. She was talking to us while drinking her water and eating something, with food in her mouth!! I'm not used to see such behavior in other banking institutes over years!
I had an appointment at 4:00 PM with Kiran Ahmad and wasn’t seen until 4:30 PM because “the advisor had another client.” I don’t care. That’s unacceptable. I’m a client too, and appointments should be scheduled properly to respect people’s time. Very poor time management and lack of professionalism. If you enjoy wasting your valuable time, this is the place for you. Absolutely disappointing.
Staff need to be trained better. Was getting half baked information and so much of my time (and money) was being eaten into because of the number of times I had to return here over a series of weeks to solve one problem. CIBC doesn’t have a customer centric approach to training.
Can I close my credit card please? I visited branches in person, called, and met many bankers since a few months ago. Since I got scammed, all employees just avoid to fix the big issue. There's no one to reply or answer. I didn't know that CIBC is renowned as a scam company now.
