Hours are not posted. Unprofessional tellers and advisors. Cibc won't let me transfer funds to an resp through the app but don't give the bank employees the ability to do it either. Asking me to come back and make an appointment on Dec 31, like another day would do. Customer service by cibc has dropped to absolutely nil.
Why is the ATM closed at 7:30 am???
BEWARE!!! CIBC WILL KEEP HOLDS ON YOUR PAYROLL CHECKS! THAT'S RIGHT!! MONEY THAT CANNOT BOUNCE AND IS ALREADY IN THEIR POSSESSION! Apparently according to this branch manager, CIBC does not recognize PAYROLL checks. They treat them the same, EVEN WHEN GIVEN TO A TELLER IN PERSON. They will not inform you of these holds and are basically thieves. NEVER BANK WITH CIBC!
