Waited over a week for a credit card swap appointment, waited for 1.5 hour at the said appointment only to be told I could have done it myself and then not being allowed to upgrade my card after all that (This was an appointment they insisted I needed!). All this after already having an appointment a week ago only to be told I wasn't eligible for the card I had chosen after I got home after I put money into the TFSA like they had advised. This branch is handling my fathers estate. They are poorly managed, do not understand their own procedures and the estate dept is some secret entity no one knows anything about. Avoid this ridiculously slow and terrible bank branch as much as you can. Worst service ever.
