Worst customer service I ever experienced in this branch
DO NOT BANK HERE! (a review relevant to all of CIBC - not just this location). Planning to close my account and go to TD. The customer service is unbelievably bad. None of the numbers provided in the app direct you to the proper place. The people answering the calls can only assist with one or two narrow issues. (For example - if in the Customer Service center you are trying to find the correct number and you go to "Fraud" then "Debit Card," the number will transfer you to someone who only deals with credit cards. Weekend i was lining up to deposit. The acting manager asks what I’m lining up for since im second in line. i replied depositing then ask why not use ATM machine??? I have stacks needed to deposit which I can’t deposit which more than 50 bills…. Acting manager trying to look busy by harassing customers lining up at the front??? The worst customer service ever by Gabriela. Rude, obnoxious and aggressive. Had bad experiences from other clerks before as well. Avoid this branch if you can.
Excellent Service. Considering how complicated some of the customers banking needs can be, the team there does a great job. Patient and they have no issues asking each other for help. My Dad and I were there for a while doing a bunch of stuff and they handled everything with ease. Thank you to the team. Figured out the Gentleman's name that provided the great service. Had helped me again today. It's Stefan. Great client service skills.
