现时前台(Teller)的华裔职员服务态度都不错。特别是男的叫Jemes，业务能力很好及肯帮人。 9月26日2025年，还有Ivy和另一个讲广东话的女职员(老员工)也不错，当你提出问题，她很乐意帮你解决问题，一定有满意答案。特别想给个赞她。
I'm really satisfied with their service.🥰 I visited their to make my first bank account in Canada and they were really kind. Specially the young and female manager(I cannot remeber her name) helped me a lot! I was so touched and thankful. (+한국인을 위한 후기) 서비스 캐나다 들른 김에 계좌 개설도 하려고 들렀습니다. TD만 예약해야하는 줄 알았는데 CIBC도 예약해야한다고 해서 다음날 다시 방문했어요. 여성 직원분이 절 맡으셨는데 너무 친절하셨고, 제가 영어로 처리하는 게 처음이라 조금 긴장했는데 분위기 풀 수 있도록 많이 노력해주셨어요. 너무 감사했습니다!
