Why can’t banks spend some of their usurious and irresponsible profits to hire some people to deal with their customers?
Its my branch to go to..easy access and have available atm and drive-thru services.
Absolutely terrible service been coming to this branch for years and seems to always be a line out the door with i ly one person behind the counter and 4 or 5 people standing around doing nothing today is just ridiculous usually only 1 or 2 people standing around but waiting in line for 45 minutes and we've moved 2 people
2 people working with an entire crowd of people, get more employees. I should not have to stand in a line for more than 30 minutes. If that’s the case tell them to schedule an appointment
Holly is awesome! She was very patient and knowledgeable with helping me deal with a stressful situation. She even took the time to sit and assist me to ensure my mobile banking app was updated correctly! It is so refreshing to find a clerk like Holly who is willing to “go that extra mile”!
