My account was in overdraft, so they closed my account and sent me to collections and charged me 160% extra on my bill to them. Not going back there again.
Trying to get a call back from someone and that’s a “NO” go. Don’t seem to care if you pay your bills on time or not - they ignore you - guess it’s time to switch banks and leave them.
For one no one answers even when u need someone and the screw around way to much not doing there job when u have bills to pay and u try to get a hold of someone to short everything out and u can never get a hold of someone I'm sorry but it's a joke and always on vacation we live out of town we have work we can always get into town
Incredible experience at this CIBC. Calli Thompson made the experience incredibly easy and simple. She was an absolute joy to be involved with and for anyone visiting this branch, I highly recommend her.
