Holly is awesome! She was very patient and knowledgeable with helping me deal with a stressful situation. She even took the time to sit and assist me to ensure my mobile banking app was updated correctly! It is so refreshing to find a clerk like Holly who is willing to “go that extra mile”!

My account was in overdraft, so they closed my account and sent me to collections and charged me 160% extra on my bill to them. Not going back there again.
Trying to get a call back from someone and that’s a “NO” go. Don’t seem to care if you pay your bills on time or not - they ignore you - guess it’s time to switch banks and leave them.
