Absolutely terrible service been coming to this branch for years and seems to always be a line out the door with i ly one person behind the counter and 4 or 5 people standing around doing nothing today is just ridiculous usually only 1 or 2 people standing around but waiting in line for 45 minutes and we've moved 2 people
2 people working with an entire crowd of people, get more employees. I should not have to stand in a line for more than 30 minutes. If that’s the case tell them to schedule an appointment
Holly is awesome! She was very patient and knowledgeable with helping me deal with a stressful situation. She even took the time to sit and assist me to ensure my mobile banking app was updated correctly! It is so refreshing to find a clerk like Holly who is willing to “go that extra mile”!
Holly at customer service was amazing i got there at 4 55 and she was really helpful even though it was time to close . Again thanks to her
My account was in overdraft, so they closed my account and sent me to collections and charged me 160% extra on my bill to them. Not going back there again.
