"I do NOT recommend CIBC. They have been holding $800 of my money for a month. Their internal communication is a disaster; they blame an anonymous agent in another city for an 'incomplete process' and expect me to wait 56 days for my own funds. Total lack of empathy and professionalism for a situation caused by their own staff. Case #11907335

Seems like they're always closed with no access to the ATM and the closest location they direct you to on their sign doesn't exist anymore
Its a bank and here you do banking and banking related activities in the same manner you would most banks. The ATM is only available during business hours and no longer accessible from the empty mall side.
