Went to the CIBC in Confederation,super slow,long line ups with only two tellers,also they were wearing some sort of attire,and one of their employees in an office in bare feet,they should keep their culture out of the bank,it’s a place of business.
I wish i could give this branch zero stars. My wife has been trying to get a credit card for ages. We booked an appointment went it and the rep told us Systems had issues midway and they will get in touch to complete the process same with RESP for my kid. Up till date nothing. I have called and dro several emails. My wife had to go in and she was told the rep is on leave. I have also been there and wasted I need to book an appointment again lie really. 1 star for the Confederation Drive location. I scheduled two meetings via the CIBC app. On my first visit, I arrived at the branch only to be told it was the banker’s scheduled day off. On the second, I received a phone call shortly before my appointment saying that, despite booking through the app, it was again her scheduled day off. A few days later, the banker called to explain it “wasn’t her fault” to no-show because she had been working at a different branch.
