Super short staffed, basic transactions took far too long. No manager on duty to help resolve any issues. All I needed was a letter indicating my products and the teller refused to assist.
CRAPPY SERVICE I had an appointment at 12:15 today with Sage. He didn’t show and somebody even asked who I was waiting for and I told them, and he didn’t show up. So at 12:29 I left, before I left. I took a picture to prove how long I waited 15 minutes. To me that is too long, without somebody coming out to say anything about him coming. Then I phoned around 1:30 to give him another chance to give me a call before the end of the workday. And he didn’t call.
Always very helpful, have your cards ready and it's shouldn't take more then ten minutes there
It was really bad experience with this bank and branch as well. I recently had there credit card but when I went of the province on vacation, they blocked my card. I agree its good for safety point of view. But without sending a message or email it was really a pain in different province without physical card as I was having in my apple pay.
