I went to close my late husband's credit card account that has zero balance. The teller says you need to call # on the credit card. 1/2 hr on phone they tell me I need to go back to bank and see an advisor to close it. I went back to bank they have no advisor. I book an appointment with an advisor and was told at the time il need to bring death certificate. I was also told I would get a email before the appointment. TINNRI at the register had rescheduled our appointment for us for the -same day- at 10:00am given that we were there at 5:00pm due to a possible glitch within the mobile app. How she was able to reschedule us for an appointment in the past is beyond me. When we arrived at 10:00am for the next day (which was what she told us that she scheduled it for), she then could not answer my question as to what exactly happened. Is it ok, when you approach an ATM, does it suddenly turn off?

Hard to use ATM. I understand that there is a reason for the security guard being there but does he need to sit right beside the ATMs? He gets snippy if you ask him to move so you can have privacy. Not the greatest way to use an ATM with someone sitting right beside you.
