Disappointing service and support. Was a customer for over 30 years. Went to Scotia and couldn't be happier.
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with your customer service, as it’s been quite frustrating and disappointing. First, the branch customer line has been consistently unresponsive. The voicemail says someone will return calls by the end of the day, but I haven’t received a single callback, and I have left multiple voice mails on multiple days.
