Worst bank on planet earth! They won't release YOUR money because of a "policy" and if you ask the manager she will double down. Worst bank ever. Why do I have to call and sit on hold for HOURS just to tell them I made a payment? Is that not their job to see that. The clerks don’t know their jobs. Extremely rude customer service. Can’t even understand them. I will never bank with Cibc ever again again
