I just tried to call this bank to find out what I had to do to reset my PIN number. An automated answer came on and only offered me the same useless responses 3 times. Then it hung up. No help at all
Terrible! They lied about me to investigations and closed my account just to cover their own mistakes. They don't return calls or emails and are condescending and act like they are your parents in charge of your money.
