Stood in line for nearly 30minutes just to show one piece of ID because there were only two tellers open out of 7. honestly should be no reason there’s that long of a wait and no reason there can’t be more representatives to assist customers.
My appointment was sent to another advisor, which wasn’t ideal since I wasn’t informed or rescheduled. However, even with his tight schedule, Towhid managed to fit me in that same day. He resolved every issue I had and answered all of my questions. He is very kind and helpful.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elias, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, responsible, and always willing to help—no matter how busy things get. More than once, he’s saved the day with his guidance and support. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and genuinely cares, Elias is the one to go to!
Tried calling a few times to set up an appointment, left messages and no luck with a call back. Decided to go stand in line at lunch to set an appointment. Ony one teller working. Paid for 45 mins of parking, it wasn't enough. Still ended up with a parking ticket anyways. Was told after waiting for just about an hour that I have to call in to a 1800 number to set an appointment.
