Garbage! This branch is creating a horrible name for CIBC. Clearly this bank doesn't care about Canadians OR respect them at all. Disgusting. This branch should be closed immediately.
Worst customer service
Customer service keeps getting worse and worse. People tell you they will call you back and never do. I was told I would get an email end of day to confirm account change and did not. Then I was told they had Changed my account status after I went back to the bank for a second time only to find out nothing was done. Then there’s an employee named twinkle who is degrading and extremely rude , putting down my education and saying “no one is in school for six years” after I complained I’m still a student but getting no student ... read more
