Katherine is super friendly and very patient. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process go very smoothly. I really appreciate her help!
Customer service keeps getting worse and worse. People tell you they will call you back and never do. I was told I would get an email end of day to confirm account change and did not. Then I was told they had Changed my account status after I went back to the bank for a second time only to find out nothing was done. I am a young custumer and my service today was vary poor. First there was someone at the counter doing taxes and I was told to come back in 30 mins so i did and when i went back the teller was on lunch and there were alot of pepole that could of helped me but they did not. i do not recamend this cibc branch
This branch has horrible customer service, refused to help me when there advisors sat around doing nothing and speaking badly about another customer walking in. Very disappointed.
Dealt with Liam Hamilton, FSR from this Branch. He was very professional, attentive and extremely efficient in helping me get my banking needs met. Highly recommended.
