Very close and convenient location. My account manager and her collegue are always warmly welcoming and helpful, even sometimes I just walked in with my banking needs. Nice and clean and friendly security. :)
Walked into the branch and smell of perfume was outriders and overwhelming!! The taste of it in the mouth and automatic headache to took over. I had to leave.

Walk in on Monday morning to get a document about my account. Literally, it’s just printing the paper and done. Guess what, the whole branch is BOOKED for the WHOLE WEEK. So no one will do the service for you at any time this whole week. “Did you get a car?” asked the staff, “if so you can drive to another branch, only 5 minutes away. Really appreciate it, CIBC. But the Scotia bank is only next door and I’ve got much better service for my business account. Now I’m thinking seriously about moving my personal account there too... read more
