I came by this store as it was close to home, I wish I hadn't. First off I wanted to open an account for my child and also add some services on my account as well, I was directed to a person which I do not remember the name as he never introduced himself only handed me his card, next he asked me if I have a "PR card and how long have I been employed" while standing in front of his office door - I am a Canadian Citizen and my child was born in Canada. Always have a bad experience in this branch. Head office send them for customers traning center.
During my last visit to the bank, I had a meeting with the employee (Suhail),I noticed that the employee was not acting politely, and seemed to be in a hurry while dealing with me. I did not feel welcomed or cared for enough, which affected the quality of service. I hope that the level of customer service will be improved to ensure a better and more professional experience.
My visit today was one of the worst visits to the bank.. We had a meeting with “Sohail Alvi” .. We were not treated in a nice way and the employee was in a hurry as he was throwing papers in an impolite way and hitting the paper printer.. We did not receive a sufficient answer to our inquiries from him and he ended the meeting in ten minutes.. We left there without any answer or benefit from the employee.. These individual actions will worsen your service and increase the shortage of customers you have.
