This is worse . I’m with this bank from 2015. Now everything changed bad service even if you need to ask a couple questions you don’t find any answer what happened with this bank?

Absolutely useless they do whatever they want slow and incompetent. This is not the bank it use to be nobody cares about your issues they will do whatever they like.
Note: this location does not offer to reimburse bank draft fees when moving your money over (even though other branches do). I went to a nearby branch to make the transfer. 1 star for wasting my time
