Michael is a very kind and helpful person. He has excellent manners and always stays calm and respectful. He takes time to listen and genuinely tries to help others. It is rare to meet someone so patient and professional. I truly appreciate his support and positive attitude. He is not only good at his work but also a very good human being.

This location is my home branch. Every time I go there it's always fast friendly service. If there are lineups, the managers come out to see if they can assist. I Love CIBC, and will continue to bank with them!
Radha is a bit mean and doeesnt seem to want to help customers out. I wont be using this branch again
