Hi my name is loveth ebuetse, been banking with cibc for some years now but my recent encounter with Ms Krystal quach was super super beautiful ,her patience, customer service,body language and collaboration was marvelous and I was able to get a perfect answer to my request thank you cibc for a great employee like her
My wife and I came at the branch. My wife has been banking with CIBC for over 10 years and never had an issue with the bank until recently. We went to the branch and spoke directly to the branch manager, Judith. My wife thought they had good conversations and my wife agreed to re-open her account after having to close it due to bad service. She promised my wife reimbursements for the charges that were made and filed a case in the head office after she had asked for another change to re-open our account with CIBC. Tellers here are rude & unprofessional & nosy. Would not recommend this ghetto Cibc to anyone
Worst branch ever !!! They know nothing about business and customer service starting from tellers to manager ( unfortunately didn’t get her name ) Staff keep changing every couple of months. I usually don’t put reviews either positive or negative, but this one experience made me so frustrated that pushed me to write the review.
