Very very bad service no response
Very disappointing experience. Staff did not seem knowledgeable, and despite three kiosks being staffed, only one was actually serving customers while 5–6 people waited in line. The branch felt disorganized, with staff moving around without clear coordination. I expected much better service from CIBC.
Not client oriented. CIBC is becoming from top North American bank to worst
One of the worst CIBC branches. There is never more than 1-2 windows open to help customers. Staff does not have much knowledge of products and services. The manager is never around, I left a voice message for a call back and that never happened. It’s unfortunate that the service is so poor and it’s take weeks before anyone can even get an appt for anything. I would not recommend going to this location unless you don’t have a choice!
The service is really terrible . Staffs (Cantonese spoken manager and other Chinese are so rude to seniors . Don't go to CIBC.. the mandarin spoken front lady forced and bully cantonese senior lady to speak her language and transfer client money to some where else in the bank. extremely rude and unprofessional
