The worth branch ever employees very slow and Manager doing nothing to help I am in the line for more than 1/2 hours
Just opened a chequing and a saving account here with Nick Yang, he was very professional, knowlegable, and answered all my question with a courteous manner. He was also very efficient with the account-opening process, and helped me in every detail with my banking needs; extremely capable for his role. It's my first time banking with CIBC and just had a very good impression with its employees, both with the front desk lady and Mr. Yang. A five-star is well deserved here!
Definitely not the best experience at this location. I will try my best to stay at my home branch to avoid issues.
I've been here many times, usually tellers here can solve my problems promptly. Excellent services from Tim, he's smart and detail minded, professional, and helpful.
As my primary bank and branch for many years I'd say cibc has the best online banking applications. The sales people are a little bit green, but they do the job. The staff turnover is quite high at this location, I never see the same people working there twice.
