Mr Tim Lau is so patient and informative!
The staff here are extremely unprofessional. Every time they say they will follow up, they never do — I always have to chase them myself. If you decide to use this bank, make sure you keep a close eye on where your money is going.
2 stars go the tidiness and quietness of the branch. No greeting from anybody while customers in queue and multiple tellers available walking around behind the counter, female manager at the back office with wide opening verbally disciplining her staff in front of customers. Definitely not recommend this branch unless it’s necessity and only option available.
