Worst location I've ever been to. Agents don't understand simple requests and basic transactions take more than 40 mins to complete. I'm definitely sending complaints to head office because it's so unacceptable.

Bank is under staff and the customer service is very slow. There are constant lines that stand without progress for long durations.
Regret opening an account. Customer service is non existent, clearly they don’t want new accounts. If you want to be treated like a number please come here (all banks do but this attitude oh man)
Horrible customer service. Anytime I go in, I wait 20 minutes in line. They only ever have 1 and sometimes 2 tellers working, even when 7-10 people are in line. I addressed this with the manager once, and she said she couldn't do anything about this. Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible branch, horrible management. The manager should be fired for being too incompetent.
