This branch is full of staff who don’t know what their doing. Barely speak English. They get their jobs doing bs certifications. The staff can never answer a question and need to ask 5 others for an answer. Incompetent and slow. Filled with ladies who don’t know what they’re doing. JOKE. They all need training including customer service financial literacy and how to speak English. DO BETTER! Avoid this branch. On all levels the staff are horrible!
Don't know where to start this place has horrible wait times such a big branch and only 2 tellers working . Waited 45 mins to just get to my no and the lady at the entrance there is a line up there too. Customer Service is very poor and the Manager needs to step up and do something about this i know there is pressure but she should be able to handle it she is manager for a reason.
I'm not sure why the receptionist would ask someone from the office to come out and serve the customer, not just a simple question, but pull out documents kind of service, I mean shouldn't they just ask the customer to go to the counter or the room instead? When it was finally our turn, we're entering 20 minutes after our appointment. Plot twist: The representative we were supposed to meet is no longer working at CIBC. It would be nice if they gave us a call or something.
