I would leave 0 stars if I could. Went here today and had the worse experience. All I wanted to do was withdraw some cash and I was here for over 30 mins, while everyone that came after me was served before me. Do better please, if the manager can contact me I would like to explain to them what happened.
Worst branch, These guys don't even have time to open new account
None of the bank is asking question like, on particular day the amount of transaction and name of merchant while it is difficult to remember what we eat yesterday. I guess Management is sleeping and not finding the way how to reduce the fraud and improve the security and customer service. Nobody have time to waste in front of your customer service when they are sleeping while we are calling them and replying answer look like they are sleeping. Luckily bank tailor resolved the issue and did not ask to wait for the appointment... read more
