Staff are incredibly cold and do not actually want to help. I asked for support about a message on the app asking me to come into the bank and verify personal info. The teller told me “ok so you should go into a branch and speak to someone”… I was in a branch and I was speaking to someone… Do not go here, take the extra 10 min and drive up Markham rd to a better branch.

Very disappointing customer service. One employee with a long beard was rude, kept repeating the same answer in a harsh tone, and wouldn’t let me properly ask questions. Overall, a frustrating experience and a waste of time.
