I recently fell victim to an account takeover and came into the CIBC branch on Gardiners Road in a state of panic. From the moment I walked in, Karen was incredibly calm, professional, and reassuring—she truly made a very stressful situation more tolerable. We had the most caring person at the bank Rhonda Kellar look after us when we had some problems with credit cards . Thank you so so much for being so attentive to the situation Denise
Hate having to go to this branch for dealings I can’t do online or at ATM. There is only ever 1-2 workers at the 6 kiosks. Even when they are stuck helping someone for extended period of time extra worker never opens another kiosk. Always a 20+ wait in line at this branch.
