Terrible service! Waited over 30 minutes, and they were still dealing with customers who came before me. Ridiculously slow pace, taking over 30 minutes per customer. Unacceptable! The place feels understaffed and lazy, with an uninviting atmosphere.

3 months to process an ELOC is unacceptable. First semester of course completed before ever receiving confirmation of loan.
Hands down the worst branch in Kingston. The lady on the left didn’t even listen the problem and directed me to online complaint portal, WHY DID I VISITED THE BRANCH TO LAUNCH MY COMPLAINT ONLINE !!!
