The branch manager is the worst in the business. Go downtown or to the mall to get any real service.
I don’t understand how a bank teller can be so smug and simultaneously incompetent. Went to this branch Saturday morning to get a roll of loonies from the spouse’s account, as my wallet was stolen when someone broke into our car the night prior. The bank teller had told me that if I’m not on the account then I would have to bring my (seven months pregnant) wife into the branch for the roll of loonies, which is completely valid, however, I then asked if he would be able to give me a roll of loonies if I were to give him cash.... read more
I have never had an experience like this with this particular branch Kingston Centre CIBC. I have been with this branch for 30 years and never a problem but I’m finding as the years go on the service from tellers a man named Kevin in particular was completely rude and had no sense to explain to me the procedure for a cheque I cashed with him he gave me some cash as I requested and forgot to mention I won’t be able to use anymore for 8 business days WHAT???
