I'm not going to write the 20 paragraph review that I could about all of the incompetency and unfriendliness I've encountered at this branch. Just trust me -- the customer service at this bank is terrible. Today offers a good example. I waited for 30 minutes in line with 12 other people. If you need a bank in the midtown area, go to the Kingston Centre TD. I can't even imagine how this branch will be open much longer anyway. Zero stars.
This particular CIBC Branch loves taking your money, but it is virtually impossible to receive it when they OWE you money!!! Stay far far away from CIBC Gardiners Rd. in Kingston! you'll thank me later!

Very nice service! Excellent job. Also waffle with Nutella was the best waffle I jad in my life.
First review ever. Service is brutally slow. The only way the line was clearing is people leaving after being fed up waiting.
