Always the big lineups. They need to hire more people. Only one person working and taking care of whole big lineups up. Unprofessional and so disrespectful.

Extremely long lineups, understaffed and what staff are there thought you could put holds on bank drafts. The person had bank drafts and certified cheques confused. I told her to call the Scotia bank that issued the draft, verify it and release thd funds and she wouldn’t. She later called back to her credit and said that she was wrong but couldn’t reside the funds because the hood had been put on already…. Ugh. Go to gardiners.
