Clearly you can see from the latest reviews how terrible this branch is. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE!!!!! "Bella" the person who picked up the phone was very quick to dismiss me and did not want to spend a second longer than she had to on the phone. She didnt even know my full name...
No compassion and terrible customer service. The lady infront of me asked to speak with someone as money from a canceled account was still being drawn. Answer was that person is on their lunch break. As for me, I had arrived 2 hours early to cancel an account for my recently decreased mother. I explained this saying I was losing stamina and would appreciate an earlier appointment. The answer again was no. People are very busy there. I saw no sign of that and will not return to that branch again. Give your people some emotion... read more
