Drive through ATM is very slow. Shouldn't take that long to withdraw cash.
Friday March 27th 4:00pm, the girl at the front desk was incredibly helpful and personable! However, Bella was VERY rude and condescending. Is this how you want to represent your business? Is this CIBC's definition of customer service?
The worst, don’t come here. There is never anyone available to help you as 1 person is there as a teller.

went there seeking help but was refused , passed off to the call centre and then ignored by the call centre. unable to close a visa account at CIBC . you can open accounts at the branch but unable to close them.
