Bella was helpful, above and beyond as we sorted out a business matter.
I wanted to deposit my cash in account,They said they have the ATM and branch both. But none of them accept the cash.
They need to get rid of their mortgage advisor( I do not know how he operates). The rest of them were helpful including the branch manager Bianca.
I visited the Aurora branch feeling frustrated and overwhelmed about our business account. Gene Como provided tremendous help in resolving all the problems we had been experiencing with the business department over the past three months (as they are now fully remote). Thanks to him, and CIBC truly needs more people like him on their team.
