usually managers are o.k.; BUT others need to be trained how to service a bank client. ( just send them to T.D. bank a block far; so they learn how to treat a customer) .
If you are looking for knowledgeable, helpful employees you are going to the wrong bank! I have had nothing but frustrations in dealing with my aunt’s Power of attorney, and then after her passing, her estate. These people do not know what they are doing.
