I am extremely happy with the services I have been receiving from this branch. The team are very knowledgeable and very patient to help out. On two critical deadlines where I had account processing issues and transactions details request, they were able to assist with an incredibly amount of patience. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your branch. I had a scheduled meeting with a representative named Haspreet. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that he had called in sick. I went to the branch in person and was told I would need to reschedule, with a wait time of approximately two weeks. Horrible experience. There was just a minor issue with my app not showing my credit score and I went to this branch just to get my issue resolved and got told by two of the employees that they can't do anything in this regard and gave me the net banking services telephone number. I went to Woodlawn branch after that and got the solution in just 2-3 minutes. Stay Away from This Branch I’ve been a loyal CIBC customer for years and have done the exact same service at multiple branches without ever having an issue. But this specific branch was a complete nightmare.
