Great service by the team there. The wait period was non existent and the my request was taken good care.
Newly opened account with CIBC. This location is about 30 minutes from home - but I went in one day and was helped by Maggie Guo - at which point I decided it was worth the extra drive time (there is a branch 5 minutes from home). Maggie gets the job done, while also being funny, personable and no nonsense. Can’t really comment on the branch overall, but Maggie is enough to get and keep my business!
