Sure! Here’s a concise and professional 1-star Google review for you: ⸻ 1 Star Terrible customer service at CIBC on 9 Woodlawn Rd W in Guelph. I was with my 3.5-year-old child, who urgently needed to use the washroom, and they refused to allow it. It’s shocking that a bank wouldn’t show basic human decency, especially for a young child. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning!! ⸻ Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
They give the run around to clients not knowing how to work with the customers accounts and will just add a line of credit without being authorized or needing a signature where it started charging onto mulitple accounts from purchases trying to have you owe more then what was purchased. Also will lose clients credit cards after sent to the location to be picked up.
This is the worst branch. All the staff need more training and should put their phones away while talking with customers. I don’t feel welcome.
80% of the employees are fresh off the boat and don't speak a lick of English. They seem to like to take their time in not helping you with everyday banking. Not sure why there is only 1 till open on a weekday with many people coming in to bank.
