Bad service for clients, lacks customer service.
I had a very positive experience at this branch. The bank officer Piyush Sandil was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Since my English is limited, they used a translation app to communicate with me and made sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism. Thank you so much.
