I recently visited this bank branch. The service was professional and pleasant. Many thanks to Inna for her help. I recommend this branch.
I was at this branch to pick up foreign currency that I ordered online. A very simple service with no complications. The teller handed me the cash and told me to count it myself. Very unprofessional! Never seen a bank where tellers tell customers to count the cash yourself!

Unbelievably slow service. Always minimum 30 minute wait to speak to a teller. The branch is also extremely small and quiet so everyone in the massive line can hear every interaction with the tellers.
As a branch, wildly mediocre. As a bank, completely incompetent!
