Tellers are nice and helpful and don’t rush you even when there’s a line of people , my first time meeting with a expert at this location since my move and now I have to find another branch . Met up with Sasha and he was very rushed and would make comments to make us feel dumb , not sure if he was having a bad day but he’s unfriendly. We left and don’t want to come back . 65 years in life and never felt this unimportant while moving money to a new bank
Delay in processing T5 slips for my savings account. T5 slips should be sent out by the end of Feb and I haven't received it. The online representative said that they had reached out to the branch for access for multiple times but no one responded.
Yulia ,,Anja ,peter and Jason are excellent costumer supporters. They are very kind and helpful to customers.
Just based on interaction with staff.. Very cold, borderline rude.. talking over top or cutting me off after asking me a simple question… best part.. they put a hold on my paycheque .. which they are not allowed to do.. soooo .. moved to a different bank (if you can still call them that)
Kudos to general manager Devin Zhang and his staff, especially Inna, who helped me with my fraud case with Simplii Financial, which is owned by CIBC. I went to the CIBC at Bloor and Runnymede after getting the runaround from Simplii for more than three months - four phone calls (after hours on hold) with different agents who never followed through on their promises. Devin at CIBC resolved the problem in about two minutes. I also noticed that all the staff at this branch are friendly and patient with the customers.
