Unbelievably slow service. Always minimum 30 minute wait to speak to a teller. The branch is also extremely small and quiet so everyone in the massive line can hear every interaction with the tellers.

I absolutely do not recommend Bank Advisor Sasha Farenyuk. We had a phone meeting scheduled for today, but he never called. After I filed a complaint through the bank’s hotline, he called me later in the evening and lied, saying he forgot to call because he wasn’t feeling well. He still refused to provide any consultation regarding my issue. Additionally, his profile stated that he speaks Russian — that’s the only reason I booked a meeting with him.
