Kipling and Elhmurst cibc giving it a one star. They were so slow and the guy paid my bill from a different account of mine. I have to go again to get it fixed. He didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t even had a good customer service.
Completely Irresponsible and Unprofessional behaviour. I’m absolutely shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic compliance at this CIBC branch. They opened a bank account under my ID without my authorization.A major financial institution opening an account without even properly verifying identity. This isn't just a simple oversight — it's a massive breach of protocol and a huge risk for fraud,and identity theft.
