Completely Irresponsible and Unprofessional behaviour. I’m absolutely shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic compliance at this CIBC branch. They opened a bank account under my ID without my authorization.A major financial institution opening an account without even properly verifying identity. This isn't just a simple oversight — it's a massive breach of protocol and a huge risk for fraud,and identity theft.
Never use CIBC when it comes to the emergency and you need your money there no help
I would not recommend CIBC bank when I’m in a emergency and I need to take my money out from the ATM and the front office lady and the manager can’t even help me give my funds when I’m in need. I have the money but they can’t provide it my own funds. Sounds like they don’t have my money to give.
I wish the staff was helpful towards the customers. Thanks
