Unresponsive staff, seem to lack knowledge of basic banking. Always understaffed. I blame CIBC - profits, profits, over service. Pathetic and frustrating.
Horrible staff that have no knowledge about bank policies. Also very unhelpful
Fatin is the rudest advisor I've ever met. I have no idea how she has kept her job.
2nd attempt to open a account with CIBC and they were more helpful then the last dirty CIBC I went to. Anyways the staff helped me and gave me a appointment for the next day. They sent me a email and reminder for my appointment. I showed up 30 minutes early and notified the staff that I was their for my appointment and showed them where I will be sitting. So I waited and it was 10 minutes left and then 5 minutes for my appointment and then it was 15 minutes past my appointment and no one came to get me or give me any sort of... read more
