This location has really gone downhill after their new hires. A male teller of Indian descent made snarky comments about the frequency of my deposit. Very unprofessional and weird
No manager No quarters. The cashier said they have been out since last week. Crazy?
Worst bank of Canada. I needed $1000.00 in change for my business and all they gave me was $625 because they said they don't have enough. The clerk said she only has 1 roll of each left. How can a bank not have change? Making plans to move my business account elsewhere. Save your time and trouble and don't bank with these people.

Dealing with this bank is like dealing with a computer. Nothing is left to the decision of any personnel in the branch. Worst manager I have ever encountered in 39 years of business named Muna highly un recommended to deal with stay away from this branch. CIBC is a great bank, but this branch has terrible management. .
