The staff at this quaint branch are very helpful. Thank you Jonathan Bunston and nice manager who helped with opening an additional account P.s. should have insisted on keeping existing debit card (expiring 2029). Set up new debit card, but locked by fraud prevention department. Called online banking, on hold for 30 min. Turns out card locked as new office number added to profile. Went back to branch; Panayiota resolved this promptly, thank you!
Just wanted to provide the most recent update with this location. It still has the worst customer service. The new manager Maryia Prakapchuk doesn’t know anything about banking, client services, CIBC protocols and procedures, lacks communication and no customer service at all. Worst customer service ever. The new manager Bobby doesn’t care about clients especially when they’re frustrated. They never answer the phone nor do they return voicemails. They wouldn't let a customer use the washroom
This location has really gone downhill after their new hires. A male teller of Indian descent made snarky comments about the frequency of my deposit. Very unprofessional and weird
