Looking for a bank you can trust? I've had the opportunity to work with this bank on multiple occasions. Lindita Imer, the Banking Centre Lead, is very professional, has many years of experience and excellent communication skills. Her insights has guided our family through challenging times towards positive outcomes. As well, Fahad Hossain, a newer member on the financial services team is knowledgable. He's personable and instills confidence in the bank policies and procedures. Highly recommend this CIBC branch.
Zero duty of care here. Trying to close an account for months as they channel through employees who through up random hurdles. A Bermuda Triangle when a loved one passes away. 😔😔😔😔😔 Estate department don’t know or care. Endless bureaucracy. We think of CIBC on his anniversaries of his death day. Unbelievable.
