No one answers the phone. We went there and they still did Not help us. All we are trying to do is move OUR money so we can access OUR money. Questrade is looking really good right about now. Many phone calls. Still NO HELP.
Fix your bank machine in the lobby its being down for over a month. When I asked about it to the teller that was walking out, she said it has nothing to do with them lol. Who takes care of them then BMO SMH.
