Fix your bank machine in the lobby its being down for over a month. When I asked about it to the teller that was walking out, she said it has nothing to do with them lol. Who takes care of them then BMO SMH.

To cibc head office team . On Monday while i was there The way your staff responded was kind of felt rude . The staff said - “ you have to read the letter in a rude way . like i felt very uncomfortable about the way the staff responded. I dont want to call out any names or do damage to your job or workplace .cibc bank is amazing but the one staff is going to do a lot of damage to your reputation .
