I have had several great experiences now with 1 individual at the bank. Carrie Roberts. She seems to know just about everything so any questions I've had she was able to answer in person and let me tell you i have a ton of questions. She is also very patient with me and helps me a lot with setting everything up to make the move over a lot less stressful. Thanks Carrie!
Over half an hour to try and replace my bank card which involves them having to go and call CIBC taking almost another 15 minutes on top of not accepting my passport is a form of photo ID. I have never had this issue with any other CIBC you’re better off going somewhere else
My experience with CIBC — Taunton & Wilson branch — has shown me one thing clearly: the bank is far more interested in protecting itself than helping its long-term clients.
