I went to withdraw some money from my accounts . The trailer I have omg no happy at all. When ever she’s telling me some think is scare me her face is very mad way . Later I wait she’s saying her computer was frozen? She’s like stamps stamping the key board. Later she get up from the chair walking an around I really don’t know what kind of bank they have .
Customer service is terrible. 6 people in line. I've been here over 10 minutes so far. I Teller open, same customer with that teller. Lots of other employees just walking around. It's ridiculous!
