Horrible customer service such a disappointment every time I visit this branch.Employees and Managers seems to be just doing jobs putting customer service to a side.
I want to start off by saying to other people who are reading this review that you should write your complaint to head office as well because I don't think the manager at this branch even bothers to read the reviews. I am a long standing client of CIBC and I had a confirmed appointment with an investment advisor at this branch. I arrived early and asked politely to use their washroom, only to be told I could not use the washroom and should go to a nearby coffee shop instead. To make matters worse, the front desk employee was unprofessional and dismissive, chatting casually with someone else, while I was trying to check in.
