It is a disaster! I wish I went to another bank and did not loose 2 months in vain! 2 months ago I visited a branch and was promised to set up a bonus interests to my savings account. 1 month later when I received nothing, I called them and they said that I actually will start receiving it on the next month. How nice it would be for your bank to not only answer your calls but to inform clients when there credit cards have arrived at the branch.
No one will answer your call. Even if you leave a message they won't call you back at all.
