Consecutively went to the branch two days just at their opening hour. Thanks for Melika with her professional and friendly instructions how to prepare for Simplii’s bank draft in the first day. Soon ready she called to notify to come next morning and did the draft faster than expected. Perfect services and I would come back again.
Terrible service! As slow as it gets. Two people at the counters with a lot of customers lining up. Come here to waste your time and wait for long to be helped!! Way to go CIBC.
This specific branch continues to disappoint. Slow service and today the teller needed to be spoon fed instructions on what to do next. I withdrew a larger amount today. The teller doesn't count it, makes a pile of it- half off the counter. No effort to at least say, here are the funds you requested. I have to ask for an envelope. Then I waited for a good 5 minutes for the teller to provide a receipt that I requested. Save your time and energy and go to TD.
This was my second time working with Melika at CIBC, and once again she provided an excellent experience. She is highly professional, polite, and very approachable. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process, and she demonstrated a strong understanding of customer service. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her.
