Horrible lines up and service. Last weekend, they did not have enough liquid cash in stock. I returned this week because credit fraude. Very stressful situation, i waiting 15min at the reception. Dude came to tell us, we have to do the withdraw lines up where already 5 peoples waiting only to take appointments. I barely understand what he saying and definitely he did not wanted help us more about that fraude. Its extremely disappointing the services we received at that bank for all the fee we paid. Consistently solid service. Knowledgable, competent staff. Quite busy, however.
I was happy with Ali sadegh, and he was so patient with me. He explained all the offers in detail
You need more tellers, or at least have people come out of their offices to help when it gets busy. Also, the manager was clearly really sick and kept blowing her nose, then touching customers’ phones without sanitizing her hands in between. On top of that she’s a very close talker so even when you back up she moves closer. It was honestly pretty gross. The slow service is frustrating enough. I’d rather not leave with whatever cold is going around as a bonus.
