This was my second time working with Melika at CIBC, and once again she provided an excellent experience. She is highly professional, polite, and very approachable. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process, and she demonstrated a strong understanding of customer service. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her.
I closed my CIBC account today, and the experience was very disappointing. When I try to close my account with CIBC, I was still charged this month chequing account fee, even though I had met the requirements for the monthly fee waiver and should have received the rebate. When I raised this, both the teller and the branch manager simply stated that this is how the system works. Both the teller and the branch manager were unhelpful and came across as unprofessional.
