They simply do not pick up the phone. I’ve called multiple times on different days and still no one answers. For a financial institution, this is completely unacceptable. If a bank can’t even manage the basics of answering a call, how can anyone trust them with their money? Terrible customer service and total disrespect for customers. Stay away.
I wouldn’t usually review a bank, but these days, great service is hard to come by! A big shoutout to Debbie, after I accidentally made an error while depositing money at the ATM, she personally called me to help fix it. She caught my error before I did! It is a disaster! I wish I went to another bank and did not loose 2 months in vain! 2 months ago I visited a branch and was promised to set up a bonus interests to my savings account. 1 month later when I received nothing, I called them and they said that I actually will start receiving it on the next month.
