Terrible branch, incredibly unhelpful. Unable to do simple things other branches do without issue.
It’s better to close this branch. The banking service here is extremely poor.

IGNORE EVERY BAD REVIEW HERE THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Absolutely the most friendly service and atmosphere I’ve ever seen. Our family had to close my mothers estate out at this branch. She had bank there for 60 years! The number of people we had to deal with due to them moving to a different branch or leave CIBC made it exclusively difficult to make progress. Every task required multiple visits. No one contacts you back. We had to explain everything over and over. One time the branch was closed with a hand written note " back soon" . I thought it was a joke. The final person l dealt with told me Mum didn't have an account with them at that branc... read more
