My family banks with CIBC and have had great service for mortgages, travel cards, etc. I recommend CIBC overall. This branch is another story... It took two months of chasing, pleading, and chasing to get a student loan application submitted, albeit incorrectly. Multiple attempts to contact the manager went without response. At one point I called another branch to verify the identity of said employee to confirm they worked for CIBC, I feared fraud. Just sad.
Customer service, very bad.The guy has like forty minutes is gonna leave his job and he didn't even want to help me.He says, I have another thing to do.Bad service. No respect for clients
the all staff is so amiable . they clear my all queries with respect i would say this is best bank
These reviews speak for themselves. This branch teamed up with the downtown TD branch to not allow atm access after hours. If you're worried about homeless sleeping in there hire a security guard, instead of inconveniencing your costumers and community. Hopefully this branch closes like the Downtown TD branch. BYE BYE "kind people"
Terrible branch, incredibly unhelpful. Unable to do simple things other branches do without issue.
