Our family had to close my mothers estate out at this branch. She had bank there for 60 years! The number of people we had to deal with due to them moving to a different branch or leave CIBC made it exclusively difficult to make progress. Every task required multiple visits. No one contacts you back. We had to explain everything over and over. One time the branch was closed with a hand written note " back soon" . I thought it was a joke. Broken machine and bank closed
First time I see the advisor doesn’t have any info about the type of service will help the customer with. They transferred me to different ways to open the account from phone call to online option then form be submitted by the advisor and finally nothing happened stills I couldn’t open the business account.
It’s by far one of the worst branched ever. If you think you had a bad experience before, you haven’t seen this. Stuff doesn’t know anything. I wanted to open business account, went online application has error, got an appointment to this branch. I met with Jeel Jain, doesn’t know what’s the limit, EFT, wire transfer,.. she had to call internal number and to see other colleagues to answer my question then she can’t open the account.
