Cashless bank and the closest to me with an ATM... Yet I'm locked out after the teller's business hours... It would literally be cheaper to knock the glass out of those front windows and make the ATM an outdoor machine. *Insert face-palm here* Zero stars is honestly what that's worth, but I guess 1 will do.
I don't even bank with them and I have Samuel trying to call me. I've seen this sort of scamming going on with a medical clinic nearby as well. Appointments I haven't booked, constantly calling. No messages no reason to be harassing me.
I arrived at this location at 9:30 when it was suppose to open, where I was NOT greeted nicely, but the Indian Women rudely demanded why i was here because its apparently a cash-less Branch-not indicated with google maps. No hospitality service!!
Very slow service, and no one was willing to listen or help. I had to wait for 20 minutes for a chequebook, which was already ready.
I have had a few appointments now with Cristina, and she is incredible. She is professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and guided me in the right direction of what I was looking for. I genuinely looked forward to my meetings with her. I would highly recommend her services. Thank you Cristina!!
