I’ve been trying to call the bank since last 5 days dialling the extensions and store codes but nobody is answering… I live far away so I keep calling the bank but still nobody is answering even the customer care isn’t helping me with this.
I go here all the time to take out money as I’m with simplii financial. I had to use the bathroom really badly and they would not let me use it. It was an emergency. I’m never going here again.
This bank is the worst bank by far. No parking anywhere, always 2 people working there, always have to wait, the 2 people working take forever to do anything. I'm debating changing banks it's that bad. It's unreal. Should be closed down, there is zero service here. Avoid this bank
Went to this branch for the first time and I had good service from Shelly. Long wait as only her was attending to customers though, but she was patient with customers.
All the employees have good behaviour and help me a lot.
