Worst experience spent almost an hour.For my own money I have to beg for an hour.Every time they have their different rules.wasting my time, I even don’t get my money.very disappointing.Worst service ever.
Worst branch in Canada, terrible service. They have a hard time managing a flow of 3 customers. They just be giving jobs to anyone.
Basically what everyone else said. Zero professionalism. Extremely slow. It’s very clear these people don’t want to be working there. How is this branch even operating?
Every time we have gone on a Saturday to perform some banking transaction that requires a teller, we wait for long periods in line. After waiting today for 22 minutes (yes, I started a stopwatch on my phone), we learned that they had only 32 US dollars available for conversion. We left and went to TD as they are offering $500 for opening new banking accounts! …they also had no issue providing $100 USD. I wish the current CIBC customers the best of luck with this branch. We are thankfully now banking at TD and will never line... read more
Worst CIBC bank ever. Walked in today and there was one teller at peak banking hours with a lineup of 5 people and the Manager sitting at another desk kept looking at the lineup and did nothing . And they have a sign next to the teller on how CIBC prides on customer service. If the Manager sees an issue and does nothing to help short term, how is any employee going to be instilled with a drive for Customer Service.
