I had a great experience with Heather at CIBC. Her customer service was excellent, and she really took the time to help me when I came in to pay off my credit card bill. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was handled properly. She also took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. Went in to withdraw our rrsp, Feb 4 branch manager Danielle assisted my husband. Changed the address but didn’t know it would take 24hrs to update the information. It’s now March 5 still have not received our money don’t even know when it will be received. They keep says it’s not deposited to their account to give to us. They had to cancel the original cheque and it has been nothing but bullshit!
The service is just awful. Slow and unproductive.
Ive been with this branch for almost 20 years. This place is a shell of what it used to be. Had an online appointment. Financial advisor never joined. Tried to call directly, no answer. Tried to call the branch, no answer. Called the CIBC call center, they couldnt contact anyone working at this location.
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes minimum if you need to see a teller.
