Tried to get my rrsp with another institution transferred to a rrif. Absolutely a comedy of errors and zero customer support from cibc. I do not recommend. Completely disappointed. (**UPDATE** We went to Bradford TD. And successfully transferred into a RRIF with ZERO PROBLEMS or concerns in a completely acceptable time frame. PLUS our consultant kept us up to date during the entire transaction ) This CIBC branch has been a complete nightmare to deal with.
I go there because I have too. Customer service is bad..very bad. Line ups out the door because they only have two tellers on. Neither of them care how the customers feel. I have been a customer for 40 years and for me to leave a review like this says a lot.
Wrost branch ever i been to. I have been a loyal customer to them and I waited almost 1 hrs to reset my password and employees are chatting while sipping there coffe and they seem like acknowledging that other ppl also have work to attend.
Today July 25 there is a man lying on the floor watching people at the bank machines, after I received my cash he immediately asked for money for a hamburger .
I highly advise to those of us with scent sensitivity such as Hyperosmia to STEER CLEAR of this bank. The Men use a perfume that smells like moldy face cloth which permeates the customer service areas and forces vulnerable humans like myself to vomit in my car after a visit to their branch. I have been banned from the location and humiliated to my "workplace manager" because I was doing a company deposit and made a fuss about the "Personal Matter" I personally have with PUTRID REVOLTING smells on cultural young Men these day... read more
