I requested a replacement card more than two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Each time I call customer service, I am asked to wait a few more days for the card to arrive. After more than two months, this is very frustrating. I hope someone from the branch can help resolve this issue.
Slowest branch in Barrie!!!! Hate having to go there.
I am extremely disappointed with CIBC’s customer service. Calls are not picked up, and when they are, the waiting time is unreasonably long. Even after waiting, there is often no proper response or resolution provided. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. A bank of this size should provide timely and reliable customer support. I hope CIBC takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.
I went to exchange some American money into Canadian. The teller said because you don’t have an account with us we have to give you a lower exchange rate?😳😂 Did she just make this stuff up?? Come on CIBC…
