Slow service not professional at all even the manager
Great bank friendky staff
ATM is never available! What a pain!! So frustrating after a long day at work.
I requested a replacement card more than two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Each time I call customer service, I am asked to wait a few more days for the card to arrive. After more than two months, this is very frustrating. I hope someone from the branch can help resolve this issue.
Slowest branch in Barrie!!!! Hate having to go there.
