There’s a reason this branch has a 2.8-star rating. I went in to close my account, and the staff member clearly did not want to help. All that was required was to move the balance to my checking account and close the account, but she didn’t even bother to properly look at my profile. She kept saying she didn’t know and that I had to do it online—even after I explained that the account was deactivated.
