Preeti at the front desk made me leave and go somewhere else. She seemed super nice speaking to the older gentleman for 20 minutes before me and then had a major tone shift when it was finally my turn. I'm not sure if it's because I am younger or do not share her same skin tone but she spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I left and chose a different bank.
I would like to express my concern regarding the service I received from the CIBC branch Yonge and Mulock manager. Unfortunately, the manager was unable to resolve my issue and did not demonstrate the level of professionalism I expect from a banking institution.
Worst branch ever My spouse watched them ignore my calls and they weren’t busy! Run from them
