We’ve visited the CIBC branch at Mulock and Yonge in Newmarket three times now with our family, and each time we’ve been impressed by the outstanding service provided by Ms. Saina Hajesmaeilsoltan. She welcomed us promptly, handled our requests with great skill, speed, and attention to detail, and patiently answered all our questions. We sincerely appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Ms. Saina, and thank you to CIBC for having such dedicated staff. We wish her continued success!
Worst branch ever! The lady (Saina Soltan) at the front desk causally gisting with these two customer (Persians) and keeping others in line forever. Just cause a customer speaks your language don’t mean it’s a hangout time Terrible customer service really.

On April 30 at approximately 9:45 a.m., I went to the bank with a friend. Ms. Jay told us we had to wait an hour. After more than an hour, Ms. Palwasha arrived, denied the previous discussions entirely, and left us with more confusion. Ms. Jay tried contacting the mortgage center to help us, and we waited for another hour. Eventually, we were told that the mortgage could be changed to a 3-year variable term.
