We’ve visited the CIBC branch at Mulock and Yonge in Newmarket three times now with our family, and each time we’ve been impressed by the outstanding service provided by Ms. Saina Hajesmaeilsoltan. She welcomed us promptly, handled our requests with great skill, speed, and attention to detail, and patiently answered all our questions. We sincerely appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Worst branch ever! The lady (Saina Soltan) at the front desk causally gisting with these two customer (Persians) and keeping others in line forever. Just cause a customer speaks your language don’t mean it’s a hangout time Terrible customer service really.
