I never write negative reviews of any business establishment . I have been banking with CIBC since 2012. The customer service representative I dealt with was extremely rude today. I went to ask about address change because when I spoke to an advisor about my RRSP they told me I have to go in the branch . I had given this person my new work address but when I went into the branch I realized that nothing has been updated. Poor customer service, always big line ups and nobody cares there. Most of the employees just roam around and nobody is willing to help customers. We have to almost spend a day to talk to one of the employees.
Be ready to wait a long time. Only very few tellers everytime I come in. Sometimes friendly.
The branch consistently experiences unacceptable customer service levels, characterized by extensive wait times regardless of the day or time, due to insufficient teller staffing.
The worst customer service! Business advisor I dealt with is absolutely incompetent! Really thinking of closing my accounts with CIBC all together!
