The staffs was very friendly but I couldn’t get my issue resolved today as expected

Drive through machine always has some sort of issue. Last two times iv gone withdraw wasnt working then deposit wasnt working and of course their doors are locked because theyre special ed children here so i cant use the machines inside either. Guess il look into switching banks for someone more reliable.
This is the worst bank I have even dealt with. The pple are rude and don't really know how to do their job. Customer service barley speaks English so trying to make a complaint really gets you know where.
Very poor customer service at this place. I am closing the account. I found rbc more easy and customer friendly.
