So bad experience. I don’t think the tellers passed their training. They don’t know anything. I deposited my payroll at this branch, they told me they can’t remove the hold due to the policy changed. But their supervisor just helped me to remove the hold two weeks ago. The teller are soooo rude!
Absolutely terrible service as you will find at most CIBC branches now. Recently, I had to INSIST upon seeing a supervisor to force the bank teller to accept Pound Sterling as " real money "as the First Nations teller insisted it was not real currency. She laughed and simpered like a fool but of course I'll be labeled as a racist if I I dare speak up in the branch.
The worst bank branch I have experienced ever. They are always low in staff. Management is terrible.
I went to open an new accounts for my family but nobody could help us, some of the staff was just using mobile and asked me to wait a bit but nobody helped me to open an account, just went to RBC next to them they were very helpful and open an account with in 20 min.
