The worst bank branch I have experienced ever. They are always low in staff. Management is terrible.
I went to open an new accounts for my family but nobody could help us, some of the staff was just using mobile and asked me to wait a bit but nobody helped me to open an account, just went to RBC next to them they were very helpful and open an account with in 20 min.
I opened my first bank account here roughly 30 years ago. Now the place is falling apart, from a sidewalk outside that's crumbling and an actual walking hazzard, to the trim on the inside falling off and no one working there seems to care. Very strange, probably very low morale coming from the top. Also, on the national level, I don't see any reason to open a savings account with them. Never enough staff which to me signals the lack of care for customers. Middle of a Friday and 2 tellers on shift while multiple other employees sit behind glass windows watching guests stand in line. They will literally walk down the line of 12 people asking what they can do to help. How about get behind a cash register and get the line moving. How about schedule more people as it's clear you are understaffed.
