Worst CIBC branch ever! I've been drving back and forth 5 times now since October 2025 fron Warman to S'toon and talking with their bank Teller "P" and she couldn't tell why my wire transfer to a Gofundme recepient isn't pushing thru. The branch manager noticed a wrong entry for the recepints account number in tgeir system and they are coveing it up all this time. I will not bank with CIBC anymore...Their bank teller "P" and the manager is the worst ever!
Id give this place 0 if I could. I had a cheque which was suspected as fraud, that part whatever Im glad they care enough to just double check things. Ive had an account with cibc for 4 Years. And this branch is the worst. They treated me like I committed a crime, kept saying I needed one thing but i'd come back with that one thing and id need something else than something else. I went to the 8 street location this morning to deposit money in a friend's account even though i dont have an account there i was thrilled with the service. The male teller was awesome. Thank you
