I had to get a new card and it took forever to get it. And once I did I tried to log into my mobile app and it would not work so I called and asked for help and they said to use online which also did not work. And when I tried calling again it said my card was not registered and they hung up on me 3 times. Horrible bank

They make lots of mistakes. I wish I had paid more attention over the years
So bad experience. I don’t think the tellers passed their training. They don’t know anything. I deposited my payroll at this branch, they told me they can’t remove the hold due to the policy changed. But their supervisor just helped me to remove the hold two weeks ago. The teller are soooo rude!
