The Canadian Bank of India CIBC has decided that they are the Canadian Bank of India and don’t expect to ever get anybody that can speak English when you call and the rudeness that’s for free. God forbid that I say that they should speak English to have a job in this country!
Working with this group is like voluntarily going to jail. I don't understand why anyone would want to be dictated to by them. Horrible experience
I wouldn't recommend CIBC for any of your business or personal banking. When I signed up for my account with CIBC I agreed to pay 16$ for my monthly account fee plus 26$ extra for a special feature that allows you until noon to square up on a missed payment on the day it was missed, instead of an NSF. I thought this was awesome, because sometimes I forget to put money from savings to checking account and it would allow me to save money on those NSFs.
