I wouldn't recommend CIBC for any of your business or personal banking. When I signed up for my account with CIBC I agreed to pay 16$ for my monthly account fee plus 26$ extra for a special feature that allows you until noon to square up on a missed payment on the day it was missed, instead of an NSF. I thought this was awesome, because sometimes I forget to put money from savings to checking account and it would allow me to save money on those NSFs. Employees at this branch working very very slow just wasting customers time. They take 40 mins each time i come. One lady sorting her coins at the table instead of do all of that at home and employee didn’t tell her anything. Atlist employee should tell her to sit at side table and then sort her lots of coins.
5/5, great team work and I want to thank Jasper for her patience and persistence of helping me out. Not only helping me out but explaining my issues and also providing solutions to those issues so I wanted to thank Jasper and the team at CIBC for helping me out. I also don’t even bank with them but after this experience I might have to.
