Employees at this branch working very very slow just wasting customers time. They take 40 mins each time i come. One lady sorting her coins at the table instead of do all of that at home and employee didn’t tell her anything. Atlist employee should tell her to sit at side table and then sort her lots of coins.
5/5, great team work and I want to thank Jasper for her patience and persistence of helping me out. Not only helping me out but explaining my issues and also providing solutions to those issues so I wanted to thank Jasper and the team at CIBC for helping me out. I also don’t even bank with them but after this experience I might have to.
