Very professional, went in for something and had to go back and get it redone twice (other companies fault for having the wrong number) they were very understanding and willing to help without judgement.

Tried opening an account with them to invest and they kept pushing me to buy mutual funds from them. Doesn’t matter how many times you say no, they will just keep pushing. Would give two stars instead if they had a massive penguin statue in the lobby but alas, here we are
This may be the worst branch. We have had success with working with them years ago, and they had very competent staff. Now, they drop the ball on everything. And don't bother trying to call any of them, they don't answer their phones (apparent policy). They are not "bankers".. they are sales people. Not one can do their job in a timely manner. With so many time-sensitive things, they can't be trusted to get their portion done on-time, without you babysitting them. The jury is out if it's just this branch, or CIBC as a whole.
