Needs improvements with staff attitudes however helpful when prompted
I am posting because of my experience yesterday with Terry MacMillan. She, as well as the others, are ALWAYS friendly and efficient. I am always warmly welcomed when I enter the branch by any employee who sees me. Although I have never socialized with any of the staff outside of the bank, I consider them to be FRIENDS who honestly like me, RESPECT me, and want to do their very best to help me always.
