I visited the CIBC Coquitlam Centre branch today at around 1:00 p.m. and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Taraneh. She was exceptionally kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff at this location do not appear to harbour the knowledge required to serve clients and offered false information instead of looking deeper. Perhaps an issue with management/training here. Staff were friendly to say the least.
Got a parking ticket from parking in cibc lot from royal parking services due to the sigh being obstructed by trees
Got a lot of “I don’t know”s from costumer service, didnt even try to figure it out with me, just kept saying “I don’t know” and expected me to leave. Also Impossible to get a hold of any human on the phone, just goes from robot to robot, when I asked them about it, what extension I could use to talk to a human, guess what they said “idk” great customer service lol
