Unfortunately, this branch lacks careful and professional staff. I did not have a good experience here, and I would prefer to visit other branches in the future.
FYI for Tina at the front, yes the bank can setup direct deposit for CRA online banking go to - customer services - then scroll down to CRA direct deposit bad customer service with regards to you clearly not knowing your own system, and having a respectable yet rude attitude in how you explained it's not possible, it wouldn't have rubbed me the wrong way if you didn't say "how am I suppose to access your CRA account" when that's obviously not the case, since I personally haven't done this before I didn't bother asking anymor... read more
