the branch manager (asian woman in her 40s-50s) whom works here should be heavily re-trained as she has no idea how to handle 1 on 1 situations. My review isn't for the branch in particular just CIBC has a whole. I noticed a couple accounts on my credit history that did not belong to me. I filed a dispute with Equifax and the result of the investigation stated that CIBC wanted me to contact them directly. I called CIBC and spoke to many different agents from many different department including fraud and collection and no one was able to fix this solution. I came to sort out some account complications and Haya was extremely helpful. She answered all my question and was patient and considerate all throughout no matter how simple the questions.

Maybe update your hours on Google if your ATM is closed for "renovations" at 1pm on a Friday? I wasted an hour of my time walking here just for a construction worker to laugh at me and say, oh it is closed. Will never return ever.
