Dissatisfied. With e transfers there is no place on the e transfer to note what the payment is for, which is not helpful for the sender or recipient. Cibc is not my main bank and is only used for a couple of monthly items. I phoned in to Customer Service this morning and the recording said that there was a 60 minute wait to speak to a live rep. Td is a much better financial institution than CIBC. The merger of TD and Canada Trust a number of years ago was a smart manoevre for the two institutions and their customers. Wake up... read more
I waited for a half hour and couldn’t get service and left with disappointment. There were two employees served one customer and there were no other tellers to serve other customers on the long line waiting for a very long time. If one customer need more than an hour to serve, Cibc should arrange an appointment for this customer and at the same time to provide other employees to service other customers.
Long waits and nobody knows their product/services here. No washroom for clients
Entrance at this location is hard to find , it is around the back, not visible from inside plaza parking
The staff is awesome and very helpful.
