This is the slowest bank in the area. Every single time I come here there are no tellers. There are lots of people walking around looking busy but no respect for anyone who needs to do in person banking.
Najeeb at this branch is an excellent person. Met with him over some issues I was having with telephone banking visa personnel. He was professional, helpful and made me feel like a valued client. His help solved the problem quickly. Very happy!
Horrible experience every time Ive gone here. You wait forever and there are only ever 2 tellers working and the line doesnt move. This must be why they have chairs and a table so you can wait for 30 minutes comfortably. I’ve seen senior citizens with walkers waiting forever and feel terrible for them. The staff who are not tellers scurry by the lineup of 5-10 people (always!) avoiding eye contact with the irritated customers. Cancelled my account today and will never open another one with CIBC.
