Horrible experience every time Ive gone here. You wait forever and there are only ever 2 tellers working and the line doesnt move. This must be why they have chairs and a table so you can wait for 30 minutes comfortably. I’ve seen senior citizens with walkers waiting forever and feel terrible for them. The staff who are not tellers scurry by the lineup of 5-10 people (always!) avoiding eye contact with the irritated customers. Cancelled my account today and will never open another one with CIBC. Staff does not value card members time, very poor banking knowledge and experience.

Aimee at the CIBC branch provided excellent service when I needed help with a wire transfer. She was incredibly quick and efficient while remaining kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Her friendly demeanor and professional expertise made what could have been a stressful transaction completely seamless. Highly recommend this location thanks to staff like Aimee!
I would never review a bank, but this branch is super slow. One teller during busy house and line up till door. It took me 2hrs to do a transaction, which took less than 5min to complete! If you are in rush, dnt go here!
